Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Ages 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity reports and incident documentation accurately and promptly.
