LAPOINTE HOLDINGS INC is hiring a Construction Crew Lead to oversee Parking Lot Maintenance & Industrial Coatings. This full-time role will manage daily site operations, supervise crews, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, coordinate with management, and drive efficiency while upholding company standards. This on-site role requires strong leadership and hands-on involvement with the crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient projects with quality workmanship.
• Assign daily tasks based on project needs and crew skill levels.
• Work alongside crew members and participate in daily operations.
• Train staff on procedures, equipment operation, and service standards.
• Participate in hiring, coaching, and performance management within budget.
• Monitor productivity and provide feedback for improvement.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Ensure PPE use and safe work practices on site.
• Read blueprints and site plans to guide execution.
• Maintain daily reports and equipment logs.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Serve as on-site company representative and communicate with customers.
