About the Role:
As a Parking Lot Attendant, you’re more than just someone keeping an eye on the cars — you’re the friendly face that helps guests feel welcomed and the eyes and ears that help maintain a safe, secure environment. You’ll patrol, monitor, guide traffic, and support the security team in keeping our parking areas safe and easy to navigate.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and helping people in real-time. If you’re dependable, observant, and customer-service minded, we’d love to have you on the team.
Greet and assist the public in the parking lot areas.
Monitor traffic and direct vehicles as needed to keep things moving smoothly.
Patrol parking lots and surrounding grounds to ensure safety and compliance.
Report any suspicious activity, hazards, or parking issues to the proper personnel.
Work closely with security staff to keep the parking facilities safe, clean, and organized.
Provide helpful directions or information to visitors and staff.
Stay alert and ready — every shift brings something new.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a parking lot attendant or cashier.
Strong verbal and written communication skills — you can give clear directions and report what matters.
Physical stamina — this job requires extensive walking and time outdoors.
Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather.
Stay cool under pressure and can handle occasional high-traffic moments with ease.
