Responsibilities

• Direct patrons to open parking spots and manage lot flow.
• Coordinate with Maintenance or Facilities Manager for towing when needed.
• Place or remove barricades to control parking zones.
• Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots and building entrances.
• Clean sidewalks and curb areas; water plants if needed.
• Assist with snow/ice removal when required.
• Report suspicious activity to management.
• Assist vendors/delivery personnel with packages.
• Inspect packages for damage and return packages as needed.
• Support Facilities team with day porter tasks and additional duties.

Description: The parking lot attendant/Facilities assistant will be responsible for maintaining the parking lot, keeping track of everyone entering and leaving the lot and other additional duties needed by the Facilities Team.Duties and Responsibilities:Direct patrons to open spots, if necessaryIf a vehicle needs towed, coordinate with the Maintenance or Facilities Manager.Place or remove barricades to prevent parking in certain spotsMaintain the cleanliness of the lotsClean walks and main entrances to the buildingsClean sidewalk curbs of all debrisWater all flowers and Plants, Trees if necessaryAssist with snow and ice removal if neededDay porter assistanceReport any suspicious activity to office ManagementAssist vendor/delivery person with packagesInspect all packages for damageContact all persons necessary when Packages are deliveredReturn packages on an individual basis as neededAssist Maintenance department when neededAdditional responsibilities as assignedRequirements:Excellent customer service skillsSelf motivated with positive attitude and demeanorAbility to hold one self accountableExperience with patient centered carePunctuality and impeccable attendanceStrong communication skills with professionals and patients of all demographicsNon judgment approach to patient carePatience and great attention to detailCompletely understand the healthcare privacy laws as outlined in HIPPAAbility to work collaboratively in team-based careLGBTQ+ Cultural Competency
