Job summary

Pmb Vllc in Kentucky is seeking a Seasonal Parking Attendant to safely direct the flow of vehicles and foot traffic, primarily during November through the end of the season. This on-site role requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and to interact positively with guests.

You will set up and tear down traffic signs and equipment, collect fees, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations under variable

Supervisor: Utilities Supervisor

Type: November – end of Season / Seasonal

Position Overview: Safely direct the flow of vehicles and foot traffic.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Direct the flow of vehicles in parking lots to maximize the number of vehicles to be parked.
  • Regulate the traffic flow on the County road.
  • Collect fees for parking.
  • Set-up and tear-down of traffic signs, cones, and other equipment.
  • Be self motivated to timely complete tasks.
  • Exercise judgment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform the job and get along with others.
  • Work together with all departments to build a positive working environment.
  • Show up to work on time, consistent attendance, and dependable.
  • Physically perform the essential job functions of this position.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Environmental Factors:
  • Constant exposure to cold temperatures and severe weather.
  • Exposure to possible hazards associated with moving vehicles.
  • Walking, bending, rotating, and standing constantly.
  • Lifting and carrying to waist level of 25 lbs. frequently, carrying 10 lbs. often.
  • Sight and hearing of acceptable standards for Essential Job Functions.
  • Frequently walking on uneven, steep, and slippery terrain with job site hazards.
  • The working environment may be stressful when meeting Supervisor and public demands.
