Sunday River is hiring a Parking Lead to supervise the day-to-day parking operations, ensuring guest and staff parking is orderly and safe. You will greet guests and coordinate attendants during shifts and events.

This role requires outdoor work, strong customer service, and the ability to manage parking needs across various lots and times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all parking operations across all day lots, events, and special circumstances.
• Address customer concerns directly until resolved; escalate to a manager if needed.
• Create a break plan balancing team needs, parking demand, and legal requirements.
• Schedule parking attendants weekly and daily to ensure full coverage.
• Transport team members between work locations as required.
• Maintain order in parking areas and work outdoors with guests.

Overview

Join the team at Sunday River as a Parking Lead! Sunday River's parking team is responsible for assisting guests and employees with parking in assigned spaces, maintaining order in parking areas, and greeting guests. The Parking Lead oversees parking activities and attendants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all parking operation in all day lots, as well as special events and circumstances
• Address all customer concerns directly until issues are resolved. If an issue cannot be resolved directly by the Foreman, a manager will be called
• Construct a “break plan” that considers Team Member needs, parking needs and any applicable laws
• Schedule Parking Attendants on a weekly and daily basis to assure all parking positions are covered
• Transport Team Members between different work locations
• Must have the desire to work outdoors and with guests
• Maintain order in parking lots

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred but not necessary
• Must be at least 16 years old
