Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Parking Garage Maintenance Technician to keep the facility safe, clean, and fully operational at the Greater Columbus Convention Center area.

You will perform daily upkeep, inspect lighting and safety systems, and assist with minor repairs, working independently with reliability and attention to detail.

This on-site role requires ability to lift 50 lbs, endure outdoor conditions, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance or parking services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with PARCS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of parking areas and common spaces.
• Inspect lighting, signage, gates, and ventilation; report issues.
• Replace bulbs, handle minor electrical tasks, and report major repairs.
• Maintain parking equipment (barrier arms, pay stations, ticket dispensers).
• Monitor safety, ensure compliance, and document activities.
