Job Summary: This Parking Garage Cashier is responsible for various duties within the parking garage. The attendant will handle cash transactions, direct parking traffic, perform general cleaning, and provide excellent customer service to daily and monthly parking garage customers.

Pay: $13.50/Semi-Monthly

Shift: Part Time, Weekends Included

Essential Functions

• Approach and greet all customers professionally and friendly.
• Use respectful communication to address questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to supervisors as needed.
• Provide quick and responsive customer service.
• Follow all company procedures and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Issue and collect parking tickets.
• Match tickets to rates, collect payments, and give correct change.
• Complete lost ticket forms when necessary.
• Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges daily.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Answer phones courteously.
• Direct traffic as a flagger inside and outside the garage.
• Report accidents or safety concerns immediately.
