Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking a maintenance technician to greet customers and keep our parking facilities clean and safe. You will ensure proper vehicle guidance, assist guests, and uphold our commitment to exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include daily cleanliness, reporting repairs, restocking supplies, and helping teammates during busy periods, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional service and is always looking to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Communicating any repairs or guest service- related issues to management.
• Completing a checklist of tasks given to you.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the parking structure, stair wells, elevators, and disposing of trash.
• Keeping the parking area clean of any trash, debrief, stains and spills.
• Make sure the stock room is restocked.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Report any security concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities or management.
• Assist fellow team members during busy periods or when needed, promoting a sense of unity and cooperation within the department.
• Greet customers and locating available spaces and provide directions as needed.
• Provide exceptional service by going the extra mile to assist customers with their needs.
• Maximize profitability by providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and clearing debris from parking areas and walkways.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs for timely repairs.
