The Department of Facilities Management and Planning supports the mission of the University of Denver's physical resources to provide a healthy and safe educational environment for the campus community through services of the departments of Capital Projects and Planning, Facilities Management, Parking & Mobility Services, Auxiliaries & Real Estate, and Business & Operations.
The Parking and Mobility Services Specialist is assigned to Parking and Mobility Services and reports to the Field Operations Manager. This position is the primary parking enforcement personnel for the University. Their duties include, but are not limited to, parking enforcement and management, customer service, vehicle traffic control, office staff augmentation, and augmenting the Campus Safety operations when needed.
In addition to following the University of Denver's policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Specialist has the primary responsibility for enforcement of parking rules and regulations, traffic flow and management on University property, light maintenance of parking equipment and property, event parking management, and bicycle enforcement, immobilization and impound.
Monday through Friday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm (paid lunch while on call)

The salary grade for the position is 5.
The hourly range for the position is $19.50 - $21.00.
