Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have math skills to calculate time and money.
• Must be able to pass math and drug tests as part of the selection process.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and MVR/Driving Record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to all customers.
• Process parking fees and related transactions accurately; balance cash at the start and end of shift.
• Complete cashier’s reports and ensure all revenue tickets and coupons are accounted for.
• Maintain inventory of operational supplies and inform management when restock is needed.
• Operate and monitor facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors; report any hazards or suspicious activity.
• Remain vigilant for potentially dangerous situations and respond safely.
• Participate in safety trainings and may perform light garage maintenance duties as directed.
• Keep work area clean at all times and ensure proper paperwork is completed.
• Assist customers in navigating parking areas and addresses garage issues promptly.
