Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• One year of similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns.
• Relay customer concerns to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary.
• Be quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all company procedures and comply with safety regulations.
• Issue and collect visitor parking tickets.
• Match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collect payment and provide correct change.
• Complete lost ticket forms when needed.
• Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; account for funds in drawer.
• Perform revenue drops following location procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Answer telephone in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
