Seattle Seahawks is seeking a Parking Attendant to support guest access at Lumen Field parking facilities. The role emphasizes leadership and strong communication in a dynamic, event-driven environment.

The position is part-time with 20–30 hours per week and potential extra hours during peak season. Candidates must be 18+, able to pass a background check, and proficient in English; union membership is possible per the work arrangement.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with parking inquiries, provide directions to available spaces, as well as address concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
• Manage point of sale transactions via credit/debit cards accurately and efficiently process event-day parking passes.
• Direct traffic in and out of the garage and surface lot to ensure a smooth, safe and efficient flow of vehicles.
• Regularly monitor traffic flow.
• Make regular rounds throughout the parking facility to ensure parking facilities meet safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Regularly check parking equipment and gates to ensure everything is functioning properly. Report any malfunctions to supervisor for prompt repair.
• Ensure guests park in designated parking locations only.
• Provide guidance, ensuring compliance with parking rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role must have strong leadership and communication skills. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for extra hours during peak season. • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances during shifts
• Ability to work outside including in inclement weather although primary work assignments are based in a covered booth
• This position is frequently required to lift up to 20 pounds
• Required to have open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by the event schedule
• This role is represented by Teamsters 117 and union membership is required upon hire

WEEKLY HOURS

• 20 - 30 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during peak season. During the event season, parking attendants may be required to work beyond an eight-hour shift, as the demand for parking increases
