Location: Golden, CO

Pay: $20-21/Hour Based On Experience

This role is charged with supporting parking operations and creating a world-class customer experience for our guests at our Golden area lot locations.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Be a key member of a team that delivers a world-class impression for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist our guests by being pleasant and helpful – "Smile, Help, Engage" is our goal with every guest.
• Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Make changes and issue receipts and tickets to our guests.
• Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of your assigned facilities.
