Responsibilities

• Take numbered tags from guests, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles or instruct guests on locating them.
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
• Direct motorists to parking areas using hand signals or flashlights as needed.
• Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage or theft.
• Greet guests and open their car doors.
• Calculate parking charges and collect fees.
• Issue ticket stubs or place tags on windshields and provide matching tags.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open/close areas.
• Inspect vehicles for damage.
• Participate in the venue's sustainability program and educate fans about efforts.
• Assist with post-show cleanup and equipment storage as needed.
