Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is seeking a Parking Garage Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service to daily and monthly patrons at our Tampa facilities. You will assist customers, answer questions, and address concerns while performing light maintenance in the parking office and equipment.

You will collaborate with Supervisors in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include standing for long periods, following directions, and adapting to night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
• Experience in an office setting is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to daily and monthly parking patrons.
• Attend to customers' needs, questions, and concerns regarding parking.
• Perform light maintenance in parking office and equipment.
• Maintain open communication with Supervisors and work in a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
