This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe environment by preventing incidents, maintaining order and responding quickly to incidents. The security team remains vigilant to support a secure and positive experienceESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Respond to all safety and security calls in a professional and timely manner· Interact and respond to arena guests, vendors and employees in a courteous and professional manner,· Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by Security Managers and Supervisors· Comply with all legal and ethical instructions given by the Security Managers and Supervisors· Comply with and adhere to the Department’s performance, conduct and attendance standards· Adhere to the Security Department’s prime directives· Exhibit exemplary conduct and appearance while on duty· Investigate incidents and compile information for official reports· Other duties as deemed necessary or as directedQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
