Job summary

Advantage Solutions on its client campus seeks an on-site support associate to assist with parking operations and visitor services. You will direct vehicles to designated parking areas, greet visitors, provide maps and directions, and support electric bike usage and returns.

No previous experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. Candidates must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and maintain a safety‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Able to ride a bike/e-bike or scooter
• Reliable transportation to on-site location
• Ability to work independently with a safety-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to designated parking areas and ensure proper parking
• Greet visitors and provide maps, directions, and campus information
• Monitor parking lots for compliance with parking rules
• Assist with electric bike usage and arrange bike returns to proper areas
• Report violators to the client’s on-site team

This role will help direct vehicles to designated parking areas, ensure client employees are parked in appropriate locations, report violators to the clients onsite team, and provide visitors with maps and directions to client buildings. They will also assist by offering electric bikes, collecting them from buildings on campus throughout the day and riding them back to the proper locations.
