Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking staff to support on-site parking operations and visitor services on the client campus. You will direct vehicles, greet visitors, and provide maps and directions to buildings. The role includes assisting with electric bikes and ensuring proper placement and return of bikes throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can ride a bike/electric bike and/or scooter.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Can perform job duties with a safety-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to designated parking areas and monitor lots for designated spaces.
• Provide visitors with maps, directions, and campus information.
• Assist with electric bikes, collecting and returning them to proper locations.
• Support on-site client team with parking operations and visitor services.

In this role, you will support the clients' onsite team assisting with parking operations and visitor services on the client's campus. This role will help direct vehicles to designated parking areas, ensure client employees are parked in appropriate locations, report violators to the client's onsite team, and provide visitors with maps and directions to client buildings. They will also assist by offering electric bikes, collecting them from buildings on campus throughout the day and riding them back to the proper locations.
