Job summary

Guardian Access Solutions in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Project Installer for the Parking Division. This field-based role requires hands-on experience with automated parking systems, access control technology, and project management within commercial low-voltage systems.

You will install, configure, and service equipment, lead onsite teams, manage schedules, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field-based experience with automated parking systems.
• Familiarity with installing and servicing equipment from leading manufacturers.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems (12V/24V) and diagnostics.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and site layouts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Capable of physically demanding tasks outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and program parking and access control systems.
• Prepare sites, trench, lay conduit, and pull wire.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Lead technicians and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project records and complete checklists.
• Provide end-user training and obtain customer acceptance.
