The **Village of Oak Park**, Illinois, a dynamic yet historic community, located just eight miles west of Downtown Chicago, is accepting applications to fill a **Parking & Mobility Services Manager** position. This position serves the public through the planning, directing, enforcing and oversight of activities and operations of the Village’s Parking & Mobility Services Division. This position will evaluate, oversee, and monitor parking revenue collection and enforcement systems, coordinate parking system activities with other Village departments such as Finance, Information Technology, Adjudication, and Public Works Departments as well as the Transportation Commission, outside agencies, the commercial sector in general, and the general public. This position will provide highly responsible assistance and administrative support with an emphasis on effective administration and enforcement of the parking system and resources, and providing courteous, user- friendly customer service. The Manager is responsible for coordinating the operation of four municipal parking garages, as well as other parking resources that include 90+ on and off-street lots, significant permit parking, and on-street metered/pay-station parking.
