Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Work rotating shifts including nights, holidays and weekends
• Excellent customer service and public-facing communication

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at park entrance and provide information about park activities and rules
• Collect fees and operate a point-of-sale cash register; reconcile revenue
• Maintain an organized workspace, answer phones and operate radio equipment
• Prepare and reconcile receipts and reports; clean and maintain ranger station restrooms
• Assist with visitor education and public relations; handle inquiries tactfully
