Responsibilities

• VISITOR SERVICES – explains facilities and services for public use; answers questions and provides information and directions; resolves visitor complaints professionally.
• RESOURCE MANAGEMENT – observes, maintains and protects resources; assists with maintaining species control.
• MAINTENANCE – maintains park structures, facilities, equipment and grounds; conducts routine inspections; cleans facilities.
• ADMINISTRATION – prepares forms and reports; handles cash receipts.
• PROTECTION – conducts patrols and security checks; enforces park rules; ensures safety and manages cash security.
