Job summary

Six Flags White Water in Acworth, GA is seeking a Lead/Supervisor to oversee park cleanliness and supervise Team Members across the Park Services department. You will train, motivate, and direct crews to maintain trash removal and recycling in line with park policies.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, including early mornings and late evenings. This role includes managing shifts and enforcing safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and work independently.
• Communicate effectively in English (read, speak, and understand).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation for early morning or late evening shifts.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather for long periods.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall cleanliness in all park areas.
• Provide constant supervision, training, coaching, and motivation of Team Members.
• Oversee activities of all Team Members within Park Services.
• Ensure trash is transported to compactor areas and recycled per rules.
• Create a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with Team Members.
• Lead teams sweeping park streets, walkways, and attraction areas.
• Train new Team Members in all department aspects and positions.
• Identify members needing additional training and develop them.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment to ensure property is serviced and maintained.
• Ensure trash cans and recycling containers are changed as needed.
• Ensure Team Members receive required breaks.
• Take pride in cleanliness and safety of assigned area.
• Enforce all Six Flags policies.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required.

Job description

This position is responsible for proactively maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests. Responsibilities include managing team members, maintaining the cleanliness of grounds and restrooms, handling trash disposal, assisting guests, and providing directions and park information as needed in a friendly and helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the overall cleanliness in all areas of the park
• Providing constant supervision, training, coaching, and motivation of Team Members
• Overseeing the activities of all Team Members within the Park Services department
• Following up with crews to ensure that trash is properly transported to compactor areas and separated as necessary to adhere with park recycling rules; all areas are properly stocked and cleaned
• Creating a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with all Team Members
• Leading teams responsible for sweeping park streets, walkways, and attraction areas
• Training of new Team Members in all aspects and positions within the department
• Identifying Team Members that require additional training and actively dedicating time to develop those individuals
• Overseeing the general maintenance of all equipment to ensure that all property is properly serviced and maintained
• Ensuring trash cans and recycling containers are changed as needed
• Ensuring all Team Members in your Area receive required breaks
• Taking pride in the cleanliness and safety of your assigned Area

• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Payrate: Starting at $12.50/hr

Qualifications

• Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and work independently

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Reliable transportation that supports an early morning shift start and/or late evening shift end.
• Must possess a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions while on foot for long periods of time.
• Exhibit demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.
