Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Park Services Attendant to help maintain a clean and welcoming waterpark environment. The role includes cleaning decks and locker rooms, tending to towels and waste, and assisting guests with questions to ensure a safe, enjoyable visit.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills are essential.
• Previous experience with sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services preferred.
• Experience with safe handling and use of chemicals according to instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and professional workplace by following policies in the handbook and training materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the waterpark, both Front and Back of House, and safety standards.
• Greet guests, answer questions and respond to requests.
• Perform daily chores to keep decks, lockers, and public areas clean and orderly.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned and sanitized.
• Assist with general maintenance of the waterpark and support teams as needed.

Pay: $17.00

At Great Wolf, the Park Services Attendant is critical to ensuring the overall atmosphere of the waterpark meets or exceeds Great Wolf and guest standards. The Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of pool area by collecting and disposing of garbage, removing dirty towels from the pool area, and stocking the pool area with clean towels.

Hiring immediately with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling – must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Great Wolf Resorts handbook and other training material
• Protects establishment and guests by adhering to cleanliness of the entire Waterpark, both Front and Back of House & all safety standards
• Interacts with waterpark guests by greeting, answer questions and responding to requests
• Performs daily routine chores and maintenance of the Waterpark to ensure overall cleanliness and a neat and orderly appearance, including the cleaning of decks and locker rooms
• Ensures windows and doorways are free of fingerprints and smudges
• Ensures that furniture and hard surfaces of public areas are clean and organized; Keeps floors free of debris and spills and empties all waste receptacles in public spaces
• Cleans and sanitizes Waterpark restrooms

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen

Estimated Salary Range

Pay Rate: $ /hr

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
