Job summary

Canada's Wonderland is seeking seasonal Park Services associates to help keep the park sparkling. You’ll move between locations, sweep, refresh restrooms, and greet Guests while ensuring cleanliness throughout high-traffic areas.

From sweeping the streets to refreshing restrooms and greeting Guests, you’ll be right in the center of the action. This role runs for the 2026 operating season only, with seasonal associates let go for a period of no less than 13 weeks at the end of the 2026 operating

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to interact with large groups of Guests.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain cleanliness.
• Must read chemical labels and MSDS of cleaning substances.
• Enjoy cleaning and organizing with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests with park information and directions to attractions.
• Sweep streets and walkways, ensuring cleanliness throughout the park.
• Hose down midways and patios before or after park hours.
• Wipe tables and benches and empty trash cans to maintain freshness.
• Use cleaning chemicals to make restrooms and facilities shine.
• Monitor inventory of paper products and supplies for restrooms.
• Enter and maintain restrooms during operating hours.

Overview:

Our Park Services team helps the park sparkle! You're constantly on the move, leaving your shine behind as you bounce from place to place. Every day is a fresh experience as you interact with our Guests and keep everything looking great. From sweeping the streets to refreshing the restrooms and greeting the Guests, you'll be right in the center of the action and help keep everything in immaculate shape.

This is a seasonal position lasting for the 2026 operating season only. Seasonal associates are let go for a period of no less than 13 weeks at the end of the 2026 operating season.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Guests with park information and accurate directions to their next attraction.
• Walk through the park with a broom and dustpan to ensure everything looks its best.
• Hose down midways and patios before or after regular park hours.
• Wipe down tables and benches.
• Empty trash cans to maintain freshness.
• Use chemicals to make restrooms and facilities shine.
• Control inventory of paper products and supplies to keep restrooms stocked.
• Enter and maintain multi-stall male, female, and/or all-gender restrooms during operational hours.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality interacting with large groups of people
• Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters

• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift, and reach throughout your shift
• Must be at least 18 years old
