Role Overview

We need a maintenance assistant to ensure that everything in their accommodation and across the park looks great and functions properly, delivering delight to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry repairs: doors, windows, kitchen units, walls, floors, signage, roofs & gutters, and other wooden structures.
• Landscaping: paving and fencing.
• Moving and siting Caravans, including external plumbing.
• Painting, decorating, and tiling.
• General maintenance: replacing light bulbs, troubleshooting locks, cutting keys.
• Performing maintenance checks and repairs on changeover days, collaborating with other tradespeople.
• Handling any other maintenance tasks as needed.

Guests and staff rely on you to fix what’s broken and restore order. You should be confident, friendly, and practical.

Note: Holidays happen during holiday times, so work on bank holidays, evenings, and weekends is required.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in domestic repairs and maintenance: tiling, painting, lock repairs, etc.
• Understanding of Health & Safety at work.
