Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Security professional at Cheaha State Park in Delta, AL to provide security through regular patrols, reporting, and incident investigations. The role supports safeguarding guests and staff while adhering to company policies and state/federal regulations.

Essential duties include patrolling grounds on foot and by vehicle, responding to alarms, documenting activities, investigating disturbances, and monitoring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Routinely conduct patrols on foot and by vehicle; report unsafe conditions.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Investigate equipment or property damage, theft, or unauthorized persons.
• Monitor noise levels and enforce policy compliance.
• Maintain awareness of safety concerns and report to management.
• Perform other duties as required.
