Job summary

The River Raisin National Battlefield Park seeks a Park Ranger (I) - FUL to interpret resources and connect visitors to the park's national significance. The role supports educator and community learning objectives and provides engaging experiences for diverse audiences.

You will develop and present learner-centered interpretive programs, in-person and virtual, and coordinate visitor services, materials, and digital content while adhering to NPS standards.

Qualifications

• Specialized interpretive experience preferred (public/visitor education).
• Ability to develop and present learner-centered interpretive experiences.
• Experience coordinating visitor services and media content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present audience-centered interpretive experiences using various media and technologies.
• Guide interactive experiences and connect visitors to national park meanings.
• Coordinate visitor facilities, schedules, and information materials; monitor services and materials.
• Plan, design, and improve interpretive materials (signs, exhibits, digital content).
• Create digital connections (web, social media, virtual tours) to engage diverse audiences.
