This role requires 21+ and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during peak season. Responsibilities include patrolling areas on foot, responding to incidents, enforcing park policies, and maintaining professional conduct with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain and maintain a St. Louis Metropolitan Security License and any other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Patrol all park areas on foot to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to security and medical incidents across the property.
• Interact positively with guests and team members and provide assistance as needed.
• Enforce park policies and applicable laws.
• Secure and unsecure gates, buildings, and restricted areas as directed.
• Transport medical patients safely when required.
• Write clear, detailed, accurate incident reports.
• Assist with guest screening at entry points using screening tools.
