What You'll Do

The City of Fredericksburg is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part Time - Seasonal Park Operations Worker. If you enjoy working outdoors and contributing to the beautification of our community, we want to hear from you!

• Grounds Maintenance: Performing semi-skilled tasks related to grounds keeping in parks and public facilities, including mowing and landscaping.


• Equipment Operation: Operate various hand and power equipment, as well as delivering and setting up equipment for City events and programs.


• Custodial Duties: Perform custodial tasks and complete necessary paperwork, such as work orders and daily reports.


• Emergency Response: Assist with clean-up operations for storm debris when required.
