Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience managing a high volume of searches and full life-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of full life-cycle recruitment for Park Operations and administrative roles.
• Conduct intake meetings, post positions, screen candidates and craft summaries.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and support 90-day onboarding.
• Partner with managers to improve relations, retention and morale.
• Assist with benefits, Workday transactions, and data reporting.
