Job summary

The State of Colorado is offering an internship position focused on various park operations such as maintenance, visitor services, and education programs. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license, be physically fit, and be able to work varied shifts. The position is up to 40 hours per week for up to nine months. A comprehensive background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be free of felony convictions or pending charges.
• Must have or be able to attain First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Must be able to perform physical work in adverse conditions.
• Must be able to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must complete a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily park operations across various programs.
• Support revenue collection, visitor services, and education programs.
• Perform general park maintenance and cleaning of facilities.
