What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Purpose
  • Oversee all park operations—from daily routines to big-picture planning.
  • Supervise Park programming activities, resource management, visitor assistance, patrols, and more
  • Hit financial targets while protecting the park’s natural beauty and resources.
  • Master Park systems, procedures, and Coral Hospitality standards like a pro.
  • Design and launch exciting outdoor adventures, workshops, special events, and interpretive programs.
  • Be the creative force behind programming that educates, entertains, and leaves guests in awe.
  • Deliver top-tier guest service with a warm smile and a solution-ready mindset.

Keep it Beautiful & Running Smoothly

  • Oversee grounds maintenance and ensure everything looks as stunning as the surrounding mountains.
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
  • Protect the natural, cultural, and historical treasures of the park.

Grow & Guide Your Team

  • Lead a dynamic crew of 10–15 park staff with confidence and care.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and motivate—creating a workplace that’s both fun and professional.
  • Provide consistent feedback and conduct annual performance reviews to foster team success.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, parks & rec, or outdoor leadership.
  • Education: Associate’s degree preferred, but your passion and experience speak volumes.
  • Skills: Budget-savvy, team-focused, guest-obsessed, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
  • Tech Comfort: Basic understanding of park management software and standard office tools.

Physical Stuff & Schedule

  • This is an active role—expect walking, lifting, bending, and being outside in all kinds of weather.
  • You will be expected to operate equipment such as trucks, tractors and chainsaws.

Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings (because nature doesn’t take a day off!).
