DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Park Maintenance Worker at Point State Park, you will engage in a diverse range of construction, groundskeeping, and maintenance activities. You will handle minor repairs and independently perform routine groundskeeping and custodial duties. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team on more advanced construction and repair projects, making impactful contributions. Supported by skilled coworkers and supervisors, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute significantly to the park's success in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

• Seasonal full-time employment, without benefits
• Shift hours and days vary due to operational needs, with a 30-minute lunch
• Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week
• Free parking available

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in laboring work involving tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
