- DESCRIPTION OF WORK
An employee in this role engages in semi-skilled tasks independently, provides assistance to skilled tradespeople, or takes on the responsibility of leading a small team of manual laborers who carry out routine assignments. The work entails utilizing a diverse range of construction, groundskeeping, and maintenance tools and equipment, often necessitating the application of skills that are developed through hands-on experience in the field. The employee is expected to perform minor repairs along with regular groundskeeping and custodial responsibilities with a significant degree of autonomy, with their work being subject to review upon completion. For more complex construction or repair tasks, the employee operates under the guidance of a skilled tradesperson or supervisor, ensuring that all work meets the required standards and specifications.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- This is a seasonal, full-time position with no healthcare benefits. There is not an option to buy into health care benefits. The season runs from approximately March 2025 until November 2025 at which time the employee will be placed on leave without pay. The employee will automatically be returned to employment March 2026.
- Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch
- Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
