In this role, you will perform semi-skilled work maintenance and construction work alone, while assisting a skilled trades worker, or as lead worker for a small crew of manual workers performing routine tasks. Work involves the use of a variety of construction, grounds keeping, and maintenance equipment and tools to maintain the park’s pool complex, restrooms, grounds, and other facilities. Minor repairs and routine grounds keeping and custodial duties are performed with considerable independence while more advanced construction or repair work is performed under the direction of a skilled trades worker or supervisor.
