Description of Work

This role involves semi-skilled tasks performed independently, supporting skilled tradespeople, or leading small teams of manual laborers. Responsibilities include operating various tools and equipment related to construction, grounds maintenance, and general upkeep. Tasks include minor repairs, grounds maintenance, and custodial duties, often with a degree of autonomy. Complex activities are performed under supervision to ensure proper execution.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

• This is a seasonal, full-time position with no healthcare benefits. The season runs from March to November 2025, with a return to employment in March 2026.
• Shift hours vary due to operational needs, with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Work includes weekends, holidays, and shifts at 37.5 hours per week.
• Telework is not available for this position.
