Job summary

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of relevant experience in construction, carpentry, equipment/machinery operation, farming, wildlife/habitat management, or related fields.
• No formal college education is required; a combination of education/experience may apply to four years of work.
• Must be willing to obtain/maintain required park/civil certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and participate in maintenance of park grounds, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Manage fleet program, budgets, contractors, and purchasing within state guidance.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise temporary staff and volunteers.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reporting for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with park management and external partners on projects and safety.
