Qualifications

• Two years of experience in labor, heavy equipment operation, and grounds maintenance.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class B.
• Valid MA Hoisting Engineer’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles and equipment including dump trucks, front-end loaders, and backhoes.
• Perform manual work such as mowing lawns, trimming trees, and cleaning tennis courts.
• Maintain power equipment like mowers and blowers, ensuring they are in good condition.
