Job summary

A Hiring Company is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to supervise park grounds and facility maintenance under the Parks Superintendent. The role focuses on efficient service delivery, process improvements, inspections, and a robust work order system.

You will support planning for asset replacement, coordinate daily operations, and assist in reporting. Candidates should have a HS diploma, 3 years’ related experience, a valid driver’s license, and relevant safety certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• First Aid, CPR and AED certified within six months of hire date.
• CPSI certification required within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates to Park Superintendent on progress and work.
• Assist in creating monthly reports and communications.
• Support asset replacement schedules including vehicles and equipment.
• Attend regular department leadership meetings.
• Assist in completing daily/weekly inspection reports.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of assets and provide technical guidance to crews.
