ExplorUS is seeking a Maintenance Lead for the Rancho Seco Recreational Area. This role combines the joy of living and working in nature, overseeing the park's maintenance to ensure safety and comfort for visitors.

Responsibilities include directing a team, handling maintenance tasks, and ensuring all facilities are well-maintained. Candidates should have experience in maintenance and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general maintenance or construction experience needed.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Valid driver license required to operate vehicles throughout property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities ensuring site cleanliness.
• Direct activities of a team of approximately 15 associates.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
