Job summary

Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority is seeking a Construction Services Manager to perform a range of construction, repair, and restoration tasks. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with licensed contractors, and ensuring projects meet agency standards at Los Angeles area parks.

The position requires field work in all weather, strong safety adherence, and the ability to work independently or with teams. Office 365 proficiency and bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Five (5) years of experience in construction-related projects.
• Must have a valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prioritize construction projects.
• Inspect and evaluate projects in the field; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in the design and estimating of construction projects.
• Implement safety protocols for tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with planning staff to ensure plans are followed.
