Job summary

State of Oklahoma, Department of Tourism and Recreation, Keystone State Park is seeking a Construction/Maintenance Technician for hands-on care and upkeep of park property. Duties span lawn care to minor construction, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.

The position is full-time with starting pay at $15.00/hr, with potential increase after a one-year trial period. Work is on-site at Keystone State Park, functions within regular maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Two years’ experience in building trades or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Some locations will require a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs park facilities and property.
• Performs construction or renovation of buildings or additions.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures and related components.
• Maintains electrical, heating, and cooling equipment.
• Operates and maintains park maintenance machinery and tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
