Job summary

Urban Air Columbus is seeking a dependable, hands-on leader to manage daily park operations and keep attractions safe and running smoothly. You’ll open and close the Park, supervise staff, and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities include routine attraction inspections, maintenance assistance, equipment troubleshooting, and reporting safety concerns. This role requires reliability, hands-on problem solving, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:

LEAD THE TEAM

• Help open and close the Park
• Supervise and support team members
• Help maintain a positive team environment
• Promote and enforce Park safety

KEEP THE PARK RUNNING

• Perform routine attraction inspections
• Assist with preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Identify and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Maintain maintenance records, tools, and parts

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Are 18 years or older
