Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a Park Lead to oversee daily operations at the Ahwatukee location. You’ll manage opening/closing, promote a positive team culture among staff and guests, and ensure safety and proper equipment maintenance.

The role requires supervising on-site staff, ensuring smooth events such as parties and Teen Night, and coordinating with the management team to deliver an engaging experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or some College preferred.
• Prior supervisor-level experience.
• Strong conflict management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
• Promote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers).
• Monitor on-site staff.
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work nights and/or weekends
