Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking an entry/mid-level Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the landscaper team and coordinate work across rides and facilities. This full-time, year-round role requires supervising employees, enforcing ride and pest-control policies, and maintaining documentation.

The position involves working varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with duties spanning project scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment across departments.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods regularly.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line of supervision to landscaper’s department employees.
• Assure ride policies and pest control policies and proper records are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with other divisions to complete projects and tasks.
• Maintain budgets for the landscape department.
• Ensure Company and Union policies are followed.
• Schedule employees and projects for landscaping trades and ensure completion of all projects.
• Assist in construction projects and review construction drawings.
• Maintain all necessary landscaping department paperwork.
