Cedar Point is seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to lead the landscapers across all park departments. This full-time, year-round role requires supervising crews, ensuring ride and pest-control compliance, and maintaining essential project records.

The position emphasizes strong communication, budget oversight, and timely project delivery, with plans for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support park operations.

• Ability to supervise a team of landscapers and coordinate multiple projects across departments.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other divisions.
• Capable of managing budgets and schedules for the landscape department.
• Commitment to following company and union policies and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first line of supervision to landscaper’s department employees.
• Ensure ride policies, pest control policies, and records are followed and maintained.
• Communicate with other divisions to ensure project completion.
• Maintain budgets for the landscape department.
• Ensure compliance with company and union policies.
• Schedule employees and projects in landscaping trades and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in construction projects and review drawings for assigned projects.
• Maintain all paperwork related to the landscaping department.
