Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, daily menus, and supervisor instructions.
• Clean and inspect kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas for cleanliness and function.
• Operate food station, perform station checklist and temperature log.
• Requisition food supplies and equipment based on future needs.
• Monitor menus and spending to ensure economical meal preparation.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them to management.
