Summer Job Opportunity: Park Helper / Laborer

Westaff is hiring experienced Park Helpers / Laborers for local Community Parks in the Greater Baton Rouge and Baker area. If you enjoy outdoor work and lawn care, this could be the perfect summer job for you!

Responsibilities include:

• Performing lawn care and park maintenance tasks
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for 6+ hours daily
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds repeatedly
• Adherence to safety rules and PPE requirements
• Comfort working outdoors in heat and humidity
• No cell phone or headphones policy during work hours
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site

Details:

• Shift: 6:30 am (sharp) – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Pay: $11.90 per hour
